should i rotate my punctured right rear?

as mentioned elsewhere my drivers side rear punctured and needs replacing. New one going on in the a.m. whats best thing to do with it in relation to the other 3 part worns, i'm thinking swap the fronts to the back with the new one on the left front?

I would put it on the rear again. It just eliminates any possibility of wheel wobble through the steering. So when those puppies are worn, at least you can replace the whole axle. :y
