Lower suspension arm bushes
« on: 30 June 2007, 20:43:17 »

Had a an advisory on my MOT for lower suspension arm bushes. Got quotes for replacing these and nobody wanted to know. I had one quote from one of these so called quick fit places and they wanted £210.00. I bought 2 arms from a local parts supplier for £50.00 and got a local garage to fit them for me for £80. It pays to check around, and  I saved myself £80. Alan  :y

It certainly does and not a hard job to do yourself. :y

A lot of the garages shy away from the older car due to the fact it could take a lot longer than then book times. :-?
