GRRRR failed MOT

Hi all  mig failed mot
wiper not clear screen effectively
side light not working
carbon monoxide high after 2nd fast idle
lamda outside specified limits after 2nd fast idle

im putting on new cat and lamda sensor new wipers (done)changed bulb also had 8 advisories!!!!!!!!
rear brake pipe slightly corroded
both front suspension arms rubber bushes deteriorated not excessive play
worn bush rear shock
steering column top bearing slight worn
hand brake 16% just meets required efficiency needs adjustment
oil leak
front discs slightly worn
advise corrosion to spare wheel well (i can put my arm through it and touch floor)

looks like im going to one busy bee :( :( :(

nobody told me working through it was going to be working through everything though oh and cambelt due in couple thousand :'( :( :o oh well faint heart and all that

i certainly know more about migs than any car ive owned before thanks to the gentle folks on here theres no job i wont tackle now with all that back up behind me :) :) :) ;) ;) :y

already bankrupt new tyres cam sensor crank sensor rocker gaskett ignition module spark leads both front bearings handbrake shoes front and rear pads rear exhaust box oil changes oil filters air filters spark plugs auto box fluid ........................hold on a minute ..........i am absolutly nuts :o :o :D :D :D :y

well stripped off cat section of exhaust found 1 stud already snapped just enough left showing to grip and get out (phew!!!) one bolt snapped flush at manifold to downpipe joint and then i snapped another just head came off sprayed well with plus gas and gripped with molies had to drill and retap the other dam lucky to drill centrally.removed stud bolts put new in two nuts locked on thread then do up with ratchet new gasketts bolts etc fitted new lamda.started to check things over and found i had broken cut off valve solenoid plug" dam" i said oh well something else to buy and then ready for retest :-[ ;D ;D

Somebody on here said all Miggy's are "work in progress".....Beginning to think that myself, but love it to bits, so what can I do?? :-/ :-/

I had a broken stud when I did my head gasket. The hole wasn't quite central, so I used an end mill to centre it, piece of cake  :y
