I went to buy a jap import VR4 but after a test drive decided not to on the basis I would kill myself for sure  :)

Friend of mine had one of those - very nice piece of kit and pretty nippy too with the (if memory serves) 2.5ltr boxer engine with two turbos strapped to it..

A servicing nightmare, though! (Then again.. what modern cars aren't?)

The Psni (police service of northern irelan) still have marked omega and are still used by traffic brranch the there are the unmarked armoured cars as used by the Minsters and the big wigs at stormont

The other thing I read is apparently the 4WD system and gearbox need regular oil changes or you're left with a huge bill, much as it appealed it just struck me as too much risk.
