BMW now VIC'd
« on: 01 September 2011, 19:48:05 »

Finally managed to get the Bmw 728i sport in for it's VIC check and fought a losing battle with photob*llocks get some equal sized piccies up, to be honest i'm torn between keeping this or the Elite, it's slower and less economical but has a much better ride and feeling of quality, 30k less miles too.

Lesson 1 is never to buy a car to sell that you will want to keep  ::)  Which would you keep out of interest?

It had a nudge at the back by a polo last November and due to the cost of BMW parts it was written off for the sake of a bumper, as it was classed as a cat C once repaired it needs to be inspected to make sure a stolen car is not assuming it's i.d , i.e. a "ringer"

Alpina badged indeed as are the wheels and steering wheel, think the last owner put them on.

The car is an "individual " model which I think is special order spec/trim etc  :-/
