Jack Padda: Hello, How may I help you?

You: Hi, the Vauxhall Omega advertised, is it actually an '11' plate? The registration number doesn't come up with an Omega?

Jack Padda: Sorry that reg is actually a transit. There is a problem with the website we are trying to get sorted

Jack Padda: Can I interest you in a Mondeo?

You: No, I'm interested in the Omega to be honest, would it be possible for some more information regarding it?

I'll update accordingly.
