My Sony PSP on Dashboard (Pics and Video)
« on: 12 February 2008, 09:41:33 »

Thank you to the guys who gave me some suggestions for my project to install my PSP to my dash. Its all done now and I'm happy with the outcome, I wanted to do it in a way that you didn't have a huge holding device wrapped around the PSP and also not so it was sticking out and getting in the way of heater controls etc...

Here are a few pics, let me know your thoughts.

just read your thread in the ice section and checked out the pics looks good  but we have the portable dvd player with two screens that attatch to the headrests ,the best thing about those are that one of the lads can watch a dvd while the other one can plug in a games console to the other screen

Yeah thats fair play, great for kids etc, I would like a full system with built in screens in the headrests & sun blinds, but just don't have the money to do it! also worry about the theft factor, I like the fact that the PSP is small enough take out the car or hide without a problem

Nice set up mate, but is it not against the law for you to see a movie etc when you are on the move

Yeah I have thought about that and I think you are right, I do know that DVD head units come with a wire thats attaches to the hand brake so that it won't play movies when the hand brake is off, most of my friends don't bother attaching that wire! hehe

Most of the time it will be playing music and the odd time its playing video I will just take my chances and play dumb!  :y
