Thanx Jamie. It's not finished yet. Got to spray inside and a few other places. I did paint the headlight washer filler cap the same colour as the car with some touch up paint. Cost was £49 inc delivery. Think it came from Germany according to the receipt. Ordered it Sunday afternoon and it came this morning. Saw some other grilles on e-bay  but think they were plastic. This one is steel. Only four mounting points as apposed to seven on the old vaux grille, but secure. It comes unbadged so you can either leave it as it is or add your own badge of your choice. I got a V6 badge and tried a few mounting positions. Havn't fixed it permantly in position yet.

I have that grille on my Catera. I painted the inside of the intake flat black to reduce the reflective surfaces seen through the mesh. You might consider doing the same.
