You need to click the button up in the reply box (third from the left, top row) to get this.....

then c&p the pic URL in the middle of the two oppsing brackets, ending up with ........
[ img]pic url[/img ]

Had to put some gaps in, so remove the gaps and you'll get the picture.

(See what I did there? OK, coat's on and running towards the exit..................... ;D)
