Rear heated screen

I need the heated rear screen for my 1998 (R) Elite 2.5 Auto saloon. It has AirCon and Climate Control, the rear high level brake light is not part of the rear screen.

I've got this one in the car I'm breaking but it has the high level brake light fitted.
