I use mine to tow my caravan, and its a dream!

Forget its on the back quite often actually  :o

Caravan body I have is around 16ft and has a MAM of around 1150 kg I think. ::)

There are a few members that tow caravans, trailer tents etc and don't seem to have an problems.. apparently a good towcar :y

I have a similar caravan and tow mine with a 2.5td no problem at all !

am still looking and have seen some right piles of doo doo...still un sure wether to go the 2.5 petrol or diesel route...wats the 2.2 like in either fuels?

Hi, welcome.

I own a 2.0 Omega estate running on LPG and use it as a Taxi and also for towing my caravan.
The best advice I can give you would be to avoid the 2.0 engined cars as they are a little under powered.
