Obviously need to know your engine type and read the codes as per another reply but this appears to be a frequent problem with omg's.  See

for a good explanation on V6's.  I reckon V6's have a design fault putting the post cat lambda in FRONT of the main cat.  Mine has been fine (performance, MPG) for 3 MOT's now with the Emissions light on..............
