Well.. probably not actually.. but still a big mistake.
I used to own a VERY fine car, when I Was 19. Peugeot 605 3.0 V6 24v SVE, M reg, mint black leather. This car was STUNNING, especially on the 19" Pug alloys.
I bought it for £1000. Discovered afterwards it had a few issues, namely PAS pump dying, and heater matrix seeping. And a slight oil leak.
At the time, I didn't have the level of confidence I have now with cars, and I wasn't confident in doing the jobs. So I spoke to the dealer where I bought the car from, and he offered to swap for a Peugeot 405 2.0 Estate. Which I stupidly did.
Three days later, the engine block cracked on the 405 Estate, and there was nothing he would do to help.
So I may as well have put 1000 notes down the drain
I just wish I'd have parked up this car somewhere, for now! The 605, I have a bit of a passion for, it is becoming VERY rare, and I would be prepared to put money on the fact that my, beautiful unmarked 605, was by far the nicest one in the country

I keep looking, currently none on eBay, and no SVE models on autotrader.. :-/
