Hi to you all!
« on: 27 October 2010, 11:19:55 »

Hi to you all.

I've used your Forum three times recently to sort out three small niggles with my ageing Omega;

1. New glove box catch
2. Sunroof control surround pushed in too far
3. Bulb blown behind instrument panel

I got them all sorted thanks to help from your member's posts!

I'm ashamed to say that I had been considering trading in my Omega for a diesel of some sort as my mileage to get to work and back has increased recently, but I'm happy to say that after weighing up the pros and cons I have decided to keep my 2000 X plate 2.5 Elite with 80,000 miles as minimal depreciation offsets the extra cost of fuel ( I get 24.2mpg average) and I would have to spend some proper money to get a similar spec and build quality (I just love the BOSE audio and the leather). I've just had the cam belt done and I'm looking forward to many more happy years with her!
