right, both drain scuttles clear, no leaks, both rear "bin holds" clear but still having probs. having sunroof on tilt helps a lot so will keep plodding away, ill get there in the end..... cheers for help. :y
Assuming car is not letting in water anywhere, I suspect its just residual dampness in car that you need to remove...  ...driving with as much airflow as possibly is one (slow) way...  ...a proper dehumidifier is the quickest...

I started to have this problem, ran it for a week on ECO, problem disappeared, back on air con again.

I NEVER drive on anything other than ECO in the winter. I know that people say turn the air con on once a week to keep it lubed but I do that when sitting in my drive, and not for long. I'm pretty sure I read in the manual it says something like "only use air con when warm outside".
Will go and have a look.

EDIT: No, must have dreamt it. But, dont know if air con is different from CC.

Climate is the digital type, set the temp, and it sorts itself out. All climate systems have A/C.

A/C is generally meant to be the traditional heater systems.

All facelifts have climate, as do prefacelift CDX and Elites from around 1996

i notice very little difference fuel consumption when the A/C is on or Eco, at the best it equates to a mile or so per gallon.

mines a 2.5 but i cant see the loss on a 3.0 being that great..

Running with a/c swictched on during demisting should help because a/c system naturally dehumidifies the air.
Pretty much all modern cars with a/c automatically cut the a/c in when switched to demist anyway.

Try initailly not wanging the temp over to hot straight away but try cool or midway first and see if this helps.

Climate control does what it says on the tin controls climate temp and humidity in car automatically.
a/c will just cool the air with some control over humidity controlled manually by the temp control :y
