Tis slow....but whole interwebby is slow for me tonight.....took me 5 mins to log into my paypal account....so was suspecting my isp....then found out ive got £100 cleared funds in it  :y Ebay here i come  ;D What should i buy  ;D

I have some extra monitoring running.

Can someone define slow - how long to open a page:

1) to get a response from webserver
2) once page starts loading

about 20 secs once started to load.
