Headlight switch

hey chaps

The headlight switch on my L reg omega only lights up on the fog switches the two switches for the headlight range and the dash light dimmer, ive had a look at it and there is only one bulb,so what lights up the top part??
Any ideas?

The bulb lights teh top part, the lower items are lit by LEDs

Hi Mark

The bulb in the switch is fine, so why wont it light the top part?
Ive got two spare switches, they dont light up at the top either!!

top part of mine does not light up either.  As far as I remember neither does it in my parents veccy B

No idea why however, just put it down to a design feature

All of the dash lights work from the headlight switch, except for the light that isn't working on yours. This works from the ignition instead, i.e. it's on all the time, whereas the others are only on when the sidelights are on.

Maybe it's a problem with the switch itself if you're sure the bulb is ok.
