Spend as much time out of the house as possible. At least that way you won't have to clean up after her.

Hope this helps.  :)

As Jaime says.........plenty of beers - kill the bugs bugs with lots of alcohol ;)

Seriously though, don't know what natural remedies to suggest. Not pregnant are you? :-? :D

There are none.......its just part of it for some people and the doctors are useless.

With our first, the wife was sick until 19 weeks and hit 6.5 stone at one point.....and they still did nothing.

With number two it only lasted until 16 weeks.

The important thing is to keep eating to keep your strength up as the baby basicaly gets priority over available resources so it will be ok.

Avoid anti sickness drugs.

I was lucky my mum didn't have thalidowhatever, she had something else and there is still a question mark over whether it screwed my thumb up or not

Mrs jimbob had hyperemesis for the entire duration of her 1st pregnancy.
Being sick constantly, she had lost over 2 stone by the end of pregnancy!

She survied pretty much on milk!  drank 4-5 pints a day, easiest thing she found to stomach.

I would also suggest trying different indigestion remedies.
1st pregnancy rennie's chewable did the trick, 2nd time it was Tums!

she tried a few chinese remedies as well, ginger biscuits, but nothing really worked.

Sorry, BUT at least it will be over in under 9 months ;)
