Manual gear box oil ???

Hello!
Please advice me of the gearbox oil type, I have looked in Autodata and found no results.  :question

I have tried many evenues to get this information.....and so far hav always drawn a blamk.

Hence I always get it from the dealer as you only need 2 litres and that gives enough to use some for a flush.

My research says SAE 80W synthetic (or at least semi-synthetic).

I bought the genuine stuff from Vx. My brother needed some 80W gearbox oil for a Cavalier and Vx supplied exactly the same stuff as they supplied to me.
