That'll be the price for one pack containing 2 gaskets. You need a pack for each side, hence 2 packs. There's a gasket over each camshaft, and 2 camshafts per bank hence 2 gaskets per bank.

It'll all become clear when you remove the covers. Don't forget the black sealant!

I paid around £55 for my Cam Cover Gaskets and "O" rings so I would say too that you only have one side.

Ben,

There will be 4 gaskets - 2 per side. Also there will be 16 O rings = 8 per camcover.

While you're getting some bits in, try and get a couple of tins of carb-cleaner, so we can do a throttle body clean and breather clean.

We may as well do the job properly

See you in Manchester on the 21st  :y

Aye.. the Elite gearbox issue has now been identified, and (temporarily) resolved!

I say temporily, because I need to source an AR35 (stronger) gearbox.. but essentially, we got to the bottom of it!

As said, the cam covers gasket are 2 per pack, so one pack per side... total 2 packs.

The O-rings are supplied in 10-packs, so you will need one full pack plus 6 from another pack... total 16 individual O-rings.
