Thats fine but how do I tell If ive got the right cam sensor and how can I find out which wire to connect to what wire.  :o
What is part number, someone here should be able to look up.  IIRC, they did come with a bit of replacement loom, as the plug as changed so you have to join the wires.

Hi there try this link, I find it handy finding pics of parts   http://fpuk.co.uk/products/findapart.htm
When I did my cam sensor I had to solder onto the loom, it’s just a mod on the part.
Hope this helps.

90 458 252 is the correct Vx P/N for the Cam Sensor for X20XEV engine according to EPC.

93171450 is the correct Vx P/N for the Cam Sensor for 2.0L 16v engine according to Trade Club book.

So it seems that you do have the correct part...?
