outside air temp sensor

hi can anybody tell me where the outside air temp sensor is on my 1994 2.5L elite if any 1 has a pic that would help me more ive been looking for ages but just cant find it  :-[

Passenger side, under the front bumper. Small and black with a single wire connecting.

Only thing under there in that vicinty so easy enough to spot.

thanks very much 1 last thing can i get to it from looking down from engine or do i have to do it from under the car
