ave aaair con drain off
« on: 11 June 2007, 09:00:35 »

most mornings i have a patch of water??directly below the front nearside of my car...from previous knowledge i had thought that the aircon drain off was towards the back of engine as can often see the drips and marks forming when stopped in petrol forecourts..dont think it is coolant as level remains constant and very rarely requires extra ..this has happened for a long time ..but i always have climate running so was curious if this was another drain off..have no over-heating issues and climate is working perfect

the drains are near the balkhead. Possible it may have run down the chassis to front.  The rad drain tap isn't weeping is it?

Dont think it is radiator drain valve as replaced washer several months ago so should be ok..could be washer bottle or leaking pipe ..think i will put bowl under car one night when i get in,put a really strong solution in washer bottle so will be bubbles and see what the fluid looks like in morning..aslong as it dont rain???think i am suspecting washer fluid now
