....probably, if you were able to identify which of the 48 English/Welsh or 8 Scottish (or PSNI) forces to send it to....

Is it just me as i cant see the great harm. We have ALL done silly things in the past. Thats part of growing up. The only difference now is, we have turned into the old/oldish(delete as applicable) men that use to moan at us!

I saw this awhile ago and did not really think much of it never thought of sending to the police as i did silly things in my car as a kid but mine was a 1.0l car not a V6 2.5 lol

Kids will be kids until they grow up and stop taking their dads cars out for a spin
