paperclip test
« on: 16 June 2007, 20:39:54 »

I was at a lose end so i thought why not try a paperclip test, i have not done one before so i thought i would just see what happened. To my supprise i got code "19" the dreaded crank sensor.  :(

I can't say i've noticed any problem in that area, why should it come up? is it maybe on the way out, perhaps i should get one just in case.

What do you think?    :-?

I would buy one as it will fail sooner or later.

Always do the test with the engine running to avoid false codes.

Although, without engine running, you will just get a 31 (unless there is a recently stored 19)
