Exhaust Question
« on: 01 July 2007, 16:05:06 »

Does anyone know what the effects of a collapsing exhaust box or cat would do to the engine??

Does this bring on a fault light or will it simply keep running but push the gasses back into the engine??

Anyone any ideas??

The exhaust gas will find another way out, possibly via egr back into engine, or out through SAI system...
