fault codes

Iv just done the paperclip test and got 4 fault codes but I cant find a site to translate them for me, does anyone know what they mean?

looks like you car uses 2 digit codes (which are repeated 3 times), so

38 - Oxygen Sensor Circuit Voltage High
91 - Oxygen sensor heater  Voltage High
92 - Camshaft sensor - incorrect signal.

Can't find 2.0l codes on TIS, presumably V6 are same  :-/

38 - o2 sensor 1 circuit voltage low
91 - o2 sensor 2 circuit voltage high
92 - not specified

I'll dig deeper for 2.0l codes...
