timing marks

i need the timing marks for omega 2.5 diesel can any one help please

 :)Been round Smarty's earlier, he's replacing a valve and is'nt sure how to set timing up as he's used to cambelts but not timing chains. He asked me to come on and ask so i hope this helps.

Any probs, post up here is probably best - I'm no expert on these engines I'm afraid, v6 is more my scene ;)
