can anyone please tell me what fault code 89 is on a 1998 omega 2.5 v6

Exhaust downpipe, just before cat.  Check wiring to the lamda...  ...cant remember which side bank 2 is, think its passenger side.

Check your exhaust for a manifold or downpipe joint leak before you rush into changing the sensor.

The sensors can be bought for £50.
