This was my earlier post,
http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1185397341

i have found the white plug for the clutch switch, and i have the 4-wire brake switch in place already.
i've connected everything up as it should be, but nothing happens when i try and use the cruise.

anyone know about any usual problems when retro-fitting CC?

Thanks for the help so far people!

Carl

Have you reset the brake switch? as this is on a rachet and if its in the up position then the switch will be on, thus the cruise will not engage.

Have a look at my earlier post.  work through each of the pins on the cruise multiplug in turn to check that the correct power feeds are getting through.  Also note that you may find your wiring loom is configured slightly differently but the key thing is pin a and pin d are constant +12v unless one of the three ways of disengaging are pressed. Then check that you are getting the correct power feed at the cruise unit when 'engage' is pressed.

also check that the cruise cable is joined to the canvas strap in the top of the actuator, they can drop off!

Remember cruise will not engage below 20mpg.

are you sure the brake switch is 4 pin - it may look it, but disconnect plug and double check...
