« on: 28 July 2007, 16:59:08 »

Hi

I have an Omega CDX 2.5 on the R plate.  Got one question though my Speedo does not work it stopped about a month ago all other dials/lights work? I have checked all the fused under the steering wheel but cant find a blown fuse, any one come across this problem.

Could be the speed sensor is dirty or faulty, I think its bolted on the passenger side rear subframe.

Hopefully this is correct i'm sure someone will be able to confirm it.

Yes check n/s rear sensor first. On my 2.0 it ended up having the speedo replaced :( All is well now. HTH.
