Cooling system full of Mayo hence restricting coolant flow to heater matrix.

We had the same thing on Laidback's V6, before we changed the oil cooler.

Once we flushed it through with traffic film remover, heat soon started to come through :y

Thanks james for the advice. So all I need to do is flush before fitting the new oil cooler by way of bypassing the the oil cooler hoses by joining them together?

Flush everything, in every direction :)

I seem to remember you are not too far from me, if you are available when I do it, you're welcome to come watch the cooler change on my project..
