hi guys
is it possible to repair the air con rad if it is pourous in one corner
or is it a new one
took it back to the garage and its gone in one corner
no other leeks were found

It may be polluted internally by flux if soldered....  I'd personally give Applied Radiators in Hanley a call.. or look on their web for a discount...  

There's a few folks who'll gas it up locally too, they'll come to you too!
