1. What probs?
2. Answer already posted.
3. When does it jump out of 'S' mode? What revs/speed? Engine temp? Does it do it all the time or just intermittent?

Probably best not to just copy your original post when someone asks for more details. They're just trying to help.  :y

A flat battery does give some strange problems sometimes, don't know why.....Replace it or charge as ness, then have a go.

Jump start it and measure the battery voltage with the engine revs at say 3000rpm....

Up near top of this thread was link to paperclip test - this is first port of call.  Autobox may not be going into sports due to the engine or gearbox being in limp (a reduced power, failsafe mode).  If its due to engine problem, the paperclip test may give some clues...

I hope that gives you somewhere to start checking...

Micky  ... you posted your first question at 18:14 ... then at 19:19 you say you've not had much feedback !! when you have been advised at least twice on how to get the information the experts (and I'm certainly not one) need to help you ....

These guys are great and will help but they don't live here 24/7, so please give them a break and have a little patience ??

You've asked the question and been asked for more information ... they cannot answer until you provide that information... I know they are good ... but as far as I know every single one of them has failed the mind-reading course !!!

They have been very, very helpful to me.. and I'm sure they will help you if you help them !  :)

regards

Entwood

These guys are so helpful you really need to give them time to come back to you as said before they are not here 24/7 they have helped us out with 1 particular car so much and i am sure they will you as well. You really need to do the paperclip test on your miggy to get the fault codes and then post the results on here until you do that they can't really give much advice.
