2.5 Auto Gearbox Leak

Hi All,bit of a cheek really,i done own an omega but am working on one,came to me with a serious oil leak from the bell housing,definitly tramsmission fluid,took out box and replaced torque converter oil seal,put it back together and still pi**ing out,took it out again,thought i might have damaged seal putting it in,it was ok but i put in another new one,still leaking,any help????? please

Sorry, not my area of expertise.  Try the search function under the logo at the top of the page.  You will no doubt get a few ideas with the results.   ;)

Is the leak coming from the torque converter seal? Or could it be coming from elsewhere?  Mine was leaking from a pipe, but it ran done bellhousing...

It is coming from inside the bellhousing,but i dont think its from the seal but i couldnt see anywhere else inside that could leak,unless it has a fracture in the housing,but its not noisy and it still changes gear ok..

Hmm, not sure then, unless coming through one of those bolts that hold bellhousing on.  Or leak in TC itself (unlikely)

Mine leak on the left side (passenger for your country) from a socket..But problem is whole socket needed to change not the gasket alone..Hope this helps..

This is coming from inside the bellhousing, :(,outside is dry,leaks when car is running only.
