The seats should fit. From enquiries I have made I gather that it's only the Elite that had the full electric 3 driver Memory seats, so there shouldn't be much hassle with wiring either.

I wanted to fit the leather seats from my '94 Elite to my '00 CD, but even though they would fit physically, the earlier seats had no side airbags so the insurance would be void.

Hi, if it is the facelift Omega you have, the interior from the earlier will probably not fit, I think the door cards are secured differently(i.e. screw holes in a different place). Although someone with more knowledge will be along to advise shortly.

Must type quicker!  ;D

Seats should be ok.  As for the door cards, even if they did fit, personally I think they would look strange. The full facelift model is a sleeker (for want of a better word) interior. The original and mini-facelift interiors are a..er..um..fuller(Am I making any sense at all?!?)

Door cards wont fit without major wiring changes (window switches are in the door on a facelift)

Seats will fit but are not up to the facelift specs (facelift seats are improved with anti whiplash devices etc)

I was also told but i think unconfirmed, the way the dash fits to the door cards is very slightly different

Si Barroni !!
The dash to door card area is what I was thinking of too. The mini facelift and earlier have, in my opinion, a classier design. The dash flows better into the upper door area. My '00 interior has a more spacious, airier(?!?) feel to it,  but I still feel my '94 Elite has the edge on the "feels expensiveometer".

as much as i love my facelift and it's tidy modern dash, i like the doorcards on the prefacelift, but only cream, and leather!

they wouldnt look right against the facelift dash and console though!
