valve cover gaskets

can anyone reccomend a garage local to me that can change my valve cover gaskets as my spark plugs are getting free swimming lessons and she's starting to miss
i know a lot will say do it yourself but i have the mechanical knowledge eqaul to a goldfish so really need a garage

mine need doing too
i was just looking at the description/ info on how to

not really a job i would get involved in seems like
doing that could lead to another job then another lol
i rekon a garage would charge £50 -60
to do them plus parts.

For note, I first got me Omega 2 !/2 years ago. The independant i went to charged £110 per bank, I only needed RH doing at time. Should be less to do both as magority of stripping off was done to do the other. That also included cost of gasket.
