I did this in both of our cars too, put in white led bulbs, look much better, but not strictly legal.

I havent got small hands, and am not nimble, but managed to do them all ok, but was a squeeze.

You have taken the end piece of radiator cover off havent you?  should be enough room to squeeze in then, if not, as Hotel21 says, loosen the battery.

Me too.  I had the blue Phillips ones and they fade after a few months, the white 4 cluster LED's actually shine HID blue and look great.  I'd also suggest changing the orange indicator bulbs for chrome ones from Ebay for a fiver - eliminates the fried egg effect

One of my indicators blew, used that as the opportunity to replace the lot.

Do prefer the look.

never drive on just sidelights, so light output not an issue.
