What do you think of Fort gas Treatment
« on: 16 November 2007, 14:47:33 »

Just trying some now told that it is very good but was hard to find. Ran low on petrol last week, The computer was showing 15 miles BUT the tank was just about out . Told that it will keep the 02 and cats in good nick.

Have any on you used it much and what do you think to it?

yes, use it in both every 5000 odd miles

previously used forte injector cleaner, or redex, but this seems better
cars seems to run nicer, also think slightly more economical and responsive.
Although IF it is already nice and clean, benefits will be negligable.

EBAY seems to be the place to buy, but dont pay too much, normally much cheaper to buy a few.
seen 1 bottle at a tenner (inc delivery)
last time I got 5 bottles delivered for £23  :y

Yes, its good stuff.

To get the concentration right on an Omega, you need to add a bottle to about half a tank.

Just to clarify..

It has no effect on oil, or need for a change

I just plan to do them togetherish, every 5000 miles
Would run the cleaner through, to feel any difference, week or 2, then the same with oil.

Change too much at once, and you never know what effect that change has.
