using forte flush

my forte coolant flush arrived of ebay today instructions say use at 20% volume then fast idle for 30 minutes so does that mean 20% of bottle  or 20% water and add entire bottle i know loads of you have used it before and have more knowledge than me :D

It means use 1 part forte, 4 parts water.

I ran mine around on a 50 mile trip and then flushed it out keeping the engine running putting water going in the expansion tank and having the valve open on the rad to let it out, kept it like this until all the water came out clear, then added in the antifreeze until the water started to come out pink then turned off done up the bleed screw on the rad, done a final top up and job done.
