Ricky, please update your profile as we will know what car and engine we are talking about, you have to help us to help you mate, if it is a 3.0 then any 3.0 head should fit, just make sure you get the correct side head and there are no broken studs ets ore bent valves.

OK.  Lets get some ground cleared.....

You have an MV6 with a head removed from the engine.

You got the head or are you looking to obtain one?

If the former, rebuild as suggested.

If the latter, post an add in parts wanted then put it back together as per the howtoo.....

Sorry to be blunt but, as said, we need info in order to return the favour and give info to be able to help you out.  Good as we are, we are not psycic....   ;)   :y

Why was the head removed in the first place??

Just read all the thread again.

Get the head measured/skimmed (if you still have it) and replace/rebuild as required.

Heads rarely go on the V6 but the do sometimes.....  generally its an oil cooler fault, not a head gasket one...

If the engine is down to its brass buttons as it appears to be, do the oil cooler at the same time.  Will probably save troubles in time to come and add about £100 or less to the bill......
