squeaky accelerator pedal!

The gas pedal is getting squeaky on my 2.2, if i lift off quickly there is a squeek, its not there if i slowly pull up the pedal, any ideas what part i should grease up?

Mine does the same but only occasionally. I haven't bothered putting any lubrication on it and it seems to have sorted itself out.

It was most noticeable when driving in traffic when you were having to move the pedal by small amounts. I did wonder about lubrication.

have you checked your ankle?
I find it's the right knee that causes the problem! ;D
