reprogramming the MID
« on: 08 January 2008, 21:36:42 »

Can it be done?

By this i mean can you have specific messages changed via Tech 2 when something happens i.e phone instead of Message

Another one if possible would be to have the MID read Ipod when on a certain frequency that is set for the ipod.

sounds silly but stuff like that just bugs me a little

Obviously, its just software, so theoretically could be done, but it would really on someone making those changes, and then wrapping it all up in Tech2 software...

The text strings will be on a chip, it is not obvious that it is actually flashable... may need to have a new chip prepared with the alternative strings, then swap.
