Cruise control fitting

Can anyone help me with fitting Cruise control to my MV6?

look in the how2 section.

I did it on mine its really easy and no Tech2 need if you have a non drive by wire

all 3.0's are drive by wire.... so he will need all the cruise bits!

you are wrong bud !! all 2.6/3.2 are drive by wire !!all 2.5/3.0 are normal cables !! ;)

When fitting cruise control to a 3.0lt v6 auto, is the 4pin brake pedal switch fitted in place of the original brake pedal switch for the brake lights or aswell as the original switch. On mine there is a spare position for a switch(square hole)

Just fitted cruise control on my v6 estate  :y All straight forward and worked first time  ;D

Did the cam cover gaskets on Sunday, no oil in plug holes now and no drips on the drive either  ;)

Got the exhaust to change and the check strap to repair at the weekend along with climate control surround

or in my case , a short bit of wire.

Sadly no, funds wouldn't run to Vauxhall stealer prices  >:(  so i got one from here

       www.onlineautomotive.co.uk

£163 inc Vat ( includes 7 new rubbers and 2 clamps )  8-)

We'll see what it's like when it's fitted, but it looks reasonably good quality and i don't forsee any problems with it  :y
