has anybody got a tech2 i purchased one the other day i was just checking if i have loaded the software correct when i click on the icon i get a choice of nine options then i click on checking procedure(tech2) then this takes me onto another screen is this correct so far cheers :y

The Boy and MarkDTM both have real Tech2's. Is yours a real one or a aftermarket code reader??

sounds like you have TIS on your screen no tech 2 were abouts are you as i have the real thing :y ;)

if you are clicking an icon then its cheapo tech2...

Remember if using the software on your laptop you need a real com port, USB to com adaptors don't work!

What software are you using? TIS only works with the real (£3 - 5k) Tech2, not the unrelated cheapo tech2, which needs the hungarian software.
