exhaust manifold 2.0 16v
« on: 21 January 2008, 18:04:04 »

hi all,

got hold of a exhaust manifold to replace my excisting one. quick question tho, as looking at the manifold at eye level the bolt on the far left has been welded in place and now is un usable, will this create a problem in the long run? i suspect it was snapped off and was a cheapo job.
any ideas?

Idealy you need to try and remove the broken stud and replace it, or you will probably find the new manifold will start to blow :(
