Oil /filter.

Due another oil & filter change. Been using Magnatex but some members swear by Vx's own oil. What is it called again please? & how much should i pay for how many litres? Also how much oil do the V6's take from drained as a 4 or 5 ltr can seems not to be enough & needs topping up afterwards. How much will Vx charge for the filter? I could save a little buying it elswhere but the petrol would offset the saving.
    I have a Vx stealer in Immingham.
      New Chevrolet anyone?!!!!! ::)

Get an ABS trade card for £20 .. you can then buy 20 litres of Vx finest for about £28 .. as they are doing 4 for 3 on trade card... you have just saved more than the £20 on your first use !!

Guy, Like already said to get a Trade Card saves you quite alot of money. Vauxhall still have buy 4 for the price of 3 on oil at the minute, £28 for twenty litres, around three oil changes :y

luckly 4pots take exactly 5 litres, so no waste by opening another can!

Speaking of oil i must get some more!

According to book V6 drinks 5.75 liters

and the difference between max and min level is 1 liter :question
