Indicator stalk/high beam
« on: 13 February 2008, 22:54:57 »

Another one for you wonderful dudes!!

My indicator stalk/high beam switch seems to have some sort of problem. Whenever I put my indicator on my high beam comes on too and I have to flash my lights to switch it off!

Any suggestions...?

Cheers again guys...

The stalk is worn.

The tab that works the high beam wears with high use and you get the high beam flicking on and off when indicating etc.

Only answer is to change the stalk......about 30+vat trade....

Beware of the cheaper ebay items, they work but are not as good as the GM parts,

Dont be tempted by 2nd hand stalks - they will soon go same way.

Go splash some cash at dealers for a new one :)
