They may well fit but the offset will be wrong, fwd v rwd, so you may need spacers as well.

If you go to the Gallery and search back on Catera mv6's post I think he has a set fitted .
I think the post was re hubcentric 50mm spacers.
Good luck they'll look lovely.
One thing ,if you can ask the seller what the ET figure is ,it should be stamped on the back of the hub somewhere but it will be there, that should help. ET 35 is the lowest advised but I've seen Steinmetz and Azev wheels on Omegas on the site that were much much lower .I'd think that the Astra wheels will be circa ET41 to 45 which may require small shim spacers to clear the strut at the front.
Let us know how you get on because I'm in the process of selecting some new wheels myself.

I've just plonked some new Astra alloy wheels on my Omega and they fitted fine.

They were a 37 offset, fitting my 9 offset.

I'm surprised CateraMV6 didn't jump on this one but in his place I present his Catera with Astra SRi wheels. I can only assume that if SRi wheels fit, VXR wheels will too. Click the Pic for the whole story.

Like he said, if SRI wheels fit, VXR wheels have to fit otherwise they wouldnt fit a normal astra if you get what i'm saying.
Is your car the facelift version (00>) or the 94> model?
If you do get some and fit them on the omega, any chance of posting up some pics???? :y
