Hope someone ca give me a few ideas.
Ive a 2.0 auto on 98 that overheated on the A1 a couple of weeks back, not been able to do much up until today.
Replaced blown radiator, replaced waterpump (grinding), replaced thermostat, oil & filter change as gone brown and smelt burnt. Replaced timing belt & pulleys, refilled with coolant & oil (using a cheap oil to flush engine of burnt oil).
Stared car which fired first time and started to get air out of coolant. Engine started running really lumpy on tick over, however fine if revs increased to 2000. Also lots of grey smoke coming from exhaust.
Removed plugs and found plug right at the back black!....Replaced all plugs and leads started first tunr of key, however still running grumpy but not as bad, also not quite as much smoke?

Anyone got any ideas, I have anoter dis pack but unsure on whats the easiest way to remove this, appears extremly difficult.
Do you think the head gasket may have gone or do you think its just a missfire. No water in oil or vice versa and water level does not appear to be dropping??
Help Please!!
